The basic requirements are:
- Town Centre location
- Main road frontage
- Site area of 1-1.5 acres
- Some form of visual amenity nearby (Parkland/Water etc)

- Cambridge (South of the A14)

- St Albans, Herts
- Stratford upon Avon, Warwickshire

- Knutsford, Cheshire
- Exeter, Devon

I have a town centre house which will soon be for sale with pp for 5 flats and a new build detatched house. The plot size is one third of an acre. It is located in TQ4 5LA Paignton.
