Referrals are less frequent, despite traffic to our website remaining at a consistent level. We are aware that our local branch of the RIBA is no longer giving direct referrals and are instead directing enquiries to the client services office in London - yet another stumbling block for potential clients. It's not clear if this is something that the West Mids branch have decided to change, or whether the restructuring of client services stretches further than changes to the online database.
