Looking for Sites – More Information

In a follow up to my post about clients looking for land, we have received some specific information from one particular client.
The basic requirements are:

• Town Centre location
• Main road frontage
• Site area of 1-1.5 acres
• Some form of visual amenity nearby (Parkland/Water etc)

5. Cambridge (South of the A14)
6. Bishops Stortford, Herts
7. St Albans, Herts
8. Stratford upon Avon, Warwickshire
9. Solihull, West Midlands
10. Knutsford, Cheshire
11. Exeter, Devon
