I’ve been asked to live blog the Government Construction Summit 2013 that is taking place next Tuesday (2 July) in London.
Last year the summit was dominated by the Olympics and the ‘One Year On Report’. This year amidst calls for fresh investment, the government is expected to unveil its Industrial Strategy for Construction, and there will be debates about their influence on key themes of BIM, Cost Efficiency, Sustainability and Exports.
UBM, who are hosting the event on behalf of the Cabinet Office, are setting up a live blog page for me and I’ll let you know the link for this here as soon as I have it.
In the meantime you can read about the 2013 summit here on the microsite and read more in Building here.
UPDATE: .
Currently we’re showing the agenda and profiles of speakers, on Tuesday we’ll flesh it out as the day progresses.
