— Su Butcher 💚 (@SuButcher) June 24, 2015
Half of the workforce have the wrong CSCS card for the job – hence why the process is being adapted #SPRAEvents2015
— Su Butcher 💚 (@SuButcher) June 24, 2015
Sounds from the audience that there aren't enough CSCS cards circulating – 6000-7000 @singleply installers in the UK #SPRAEvents2015

— Su Butcher 💚 (@SuButcher) June 24, 2015
Number 1 reason for not doing #BIM – all those excuses stop us doing it. You've been sold a stunted view of BIM #SPRAEvents2015

@SuButcher @singleply @SIGDesignTech new binder?
— Pritesh Patel (@priteshpatel9) June 24, 2015
@priteshpatel9 @SuButcher @CaseyRutland that's like arguing why outsource the building of your house which makes perfect sense.
— Robert Klaschka @robertklaschka@mastodon.online (@robertklaschka) June 24, 2015
@studioklaschka @priteshpatel9 @SuButcher but if you invest in skills and training… Context Mr Klaschka!!! 😉
— Casey D Rutland (@CaseyRutland) June 24, 2015
@SuButcher @CaseyRutland outsourcing might just be a way to mitigate risk where there is lack a capability or enough staff to do the job
— Graham H Stewart (@StewartGH1970) June 24, 2015
@StewartGH1970 @SuButcher Yep. Which is exactly what I said… It's just not sustainable in the long term.
