2. One-to-one Coaching/Clinics
These sessions provide a confidential space to explore strategy, communication, market fit and engagement with industry stakeholders, guided by real-world insight from across the construction and property sectors. Options include:
- Online sessions – Flexible one-hour or multi-hour virtual clinics ideal for founders seeking targeted feedback or rapid strategy input.
- In-person sessions (London or UK travel) – For deeper exploration, mentoring and collaborative planning in a workshop setting.
- Half-day intensive sessions – A structured half-day combining strategic review, market insight and communication coaching tailored to your current challenges.
3. Ongoing Coaching/Retainers
This service offers continuing strategic support for organisations who want to embed industry insight and communication expertise as they grow. It combines regular coaching sessions with tailored introductions, sector intelligence and access to Su Butcher’s network. Retainer minimum terms are 3 months to allow meaningful engagement. Options include:
- Starter Retainer – Two sessions per month focused on immediate priorities and developing your go-to-market approach.
- Growth Retainer – Three to four sessions per month, with email support and feedback between meetings to sustain momentum and accountability.
- Premium Partner – A flexible, high-touch advisory arrangement offering strategic input, networking, and positioning support at leadership level.
