With all the negative press in the construction industry you might think that no-one was developing, but this is not the case.
We recently illustrated how the right planning permission can make all the difference on our website at Barefoot & Gilles. There are people in the industry making opportunities out of the dramatic market changes over the past few months.
One example is a developer who had obtained consent for a flats development on a site but knowing he was unlikely to sell, so sought a care-home outline planning consent and within weeks, sold the site with planning to a care home developer.
So with that in mind – do you have a site which might be of interest, or might be made of interest, to one of our clients?
What we are looking for:
We have clients looking for sites in Essex and Suffolk, up to 2 acres but possibly more, with or without residential planning approval.
Of particular interest are edge-of-town sites with a good Main Road presence, close to housing. Some of our clients are keen to buy sites with planning consent, but potential is sufficient.
